Terms

The terms for registering for The Growth League Season 1, organised by SkyKeen Events (SkyKeen Fashions, a proprietorship of Kavitha J, GSTIN 29BFXPK5028P2ZD). By registering and paying, you agree to them.

1. 01

   Who can register

   Anyone in India with a business, a side business or a business idea, whatever its size or age. One registration is one business in one category.

   You must be 18 or older, and the details you give must be true. A registration with false details may be cancelled.

2. 02

   Price and payment

   The entry fee depends on how many seats in your category are taken when you register: ₹2,499 for the first 20 in each category, then higher. 18% GST is added. The price is locked when you continue to payment.

   You pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see your card or bank details. Your registration is confirmed when the payment is, and you receive a GST invoice.

   The fee covers the inclusions listed on this site. Exhibition stalls are charged separately.

3. 03

   Your video, judging and the public vote

   After registering you send a 60–90 seconds phone video by 22 November 2026. Entries without a video cannot be judged.

   A jury scores each business on clarity, growth, innovation and scalability and names about 60 finalists. A public vote is one input to the jury; it does not decide the result alone. The jury's decision is final.

4. 04

   Your content and publicity

   By registering you allow SkyKeen to feature your business, your name, your video and photos from the event on TGL's website and social media, and in the Season 1 Directory, to promote TGL. You confirm you have the right to share what you send us.

5. 05

   The prize

   One overall winner receives ₹1 lakh worth of business services from SkyKeen and partners. It is not paid in cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

6. 06

   Changes to the season

   Dates, the venue or the programme may change for reasons beyond our control. We will tell you by email or WhatsApp. If the Grand Finale is cancelled or postponed, the Refund policy applies.

7. 07

   Conduct

   We may cancel the registration of anyone who behaves abusively towards participants, jury or staff, at the event or online. Their fee is not refunded.

8. 08

   Liability

   Taking part is at your own risk. As far as the law allows, SkyKeen's total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid. We are not responsible for business outcomes, lost opportunities or anything you bring to the event.

9. 09

   Law and contact

   These terms are governed by Indian law; the courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
