How SkyKeen Events (SkyKeen Fashions, a proprietorship of Kavitha J, GSTIN 29BFXPK5028P2ZD) collects and uses your information on The Growth League, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

   What we collect

   What you type when you register or enquire: your business name, category, location, team size, how long it has run, your name, phone, email and, if you give them, your GSTIN and billing address.

   Payment details are handled by Razorpay. We receive whether you paid, the amount and a payment reference, never your card or bank details.

   Your video, and photos and video from the event.

   Basic information about your visit (pages viewed, the device and browser, and whether you came from one of our ads), through cookies.

   Why we use it

   To run your registration: confirm your payment, send your invoice, certificate and entry pass, and keep you updated about the season.

   To judge entries, feature registered businesses and run the Grand Finale.

   To measure and improve our advertising (see below), and to answer your questions.

3. 03

   Advertising: the Meta Pixel and Conversions API

   We use Meta's advertising tools to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show them to people likely to be interested. They record visits and actions on this site, such as registering or sending an enquiry. When you register, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) form of your email and phone so it can match the registration to an ad you saw; Meta cannot read them back.

   You can turn off ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Settings → Accounts Centre → Ad preferences), or by blocking cookies in your browser. The rest of the site keeps working.

   The private pages for your registration, payment and invoice do not load these tools.

   Who else handles it

   Only service providers who do this work for us: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (confirmation emails), our customer relationship tool (so the TGL team can follow up), Meta (advertising, as above), and the chat assistant on this site (your messages to it). We do not sell your information.

5. 05

   How long we keep it

   Registration and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (currently 8 years). Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed for the season, and no later than 3 years after it.

6. 06

   Your rights

   You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by writing to us. Invoice records we must keep by law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
