What happens after I register?

Four things. We email you a video upload link; send a 60–90 seconds phone video by 22 Nov. Every registered business is featured across TGL’s Instagram from 21 Nov to 23 Nov. The jury scores the entries and names about 60 finalists on 24 November. Those finalists go to a public vote from 25 Nov to 30 Nov, then all 60 compete at the Grand Finale on 5 Dec.

What is the self video?

A 60–90 seconds video shot on your phone, in your own words: who you are, what you offer, and why you want a place in Season 1. No editing or crew is needed. We email you an upload link as soon as your registration is confirmed. Send it within 48 hours of registering and no later than 22 November 2026. It is required: entries without a video cannot be judged.

How does the public vote work?

About 60 finalists are listed for voting from 25 Nov to 30 Nov; every participant gets the link. One vote per person. The vote is one input to the jury, not the decision: the jury still judges clarity, growth, innovation and scalability.

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

₹2,499 + 18% GST for the first 20 seats in each category; ₹3,499 + GST after that, and higher for the last 3. The earlier you register, the lower the price. It is the entry fee only: exhibition stalls are extra. The self video is your own phone video and costs nothing.

What happens on 5 December?

One day, in person, in Bengaluru. All 60 finalists compete. The day has 1–2 speaker sessions, a panel discussion, and the awards. The venue is announced to participants.

Do I have to post on Instagram?

Accepted Answer

No. Every registered business is featured across TGL’s Instagram between 21 Nov and 23 Nov; you do not need to post anything yourself.

Question 8

Who can join?

Accepted Answer

Anyone in India with a business of any size or age, or with an idea they’re ready to start. There is no minimum team size or time in business.

Question 9

I haven’t started yet. Can I still enter?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Register with the name you’ll use and the category you’re building in. You’re judged on clarity, innovation and potential, and your video can be about what you are building, not only what you already sell.

My business isn’t in Bengaluru. Can I join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Season 1 is open to businesses from anywhere in India. The event itself is in person, in Bengaluru, on 5 December 2026, so plan to be there for the day.

What does the entry fee include?

A place at the Season 1 event day in Bengaluru, expert evaluation for the finals, your TGL profile and Season 1 Directory listing, your feature across TGL's Instagram, and 3 months of TGL Networking.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Online, at the end of registration: UPI, any card or netbanking, through Razorpay’s secure checkout. You are confirmed the moment the payment goes through, with your GST invoice and registration certificate on screen and by email. The confirmation email carries the video upload link.

Does paying guarantee selection?

Accepted Answer

Payment confirms your registration, not a finalist place. Every eligible business is evaluated, and about 60 finalists are chosen across the 10 categories. If you are not shortlisted you still keep everything your registration includes. Fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

Can I enter more than one business?

Accepted Answer

Each person can showcase one business per season, and a business that takes part cannot enter again for the next two seasons.

Question 15

Do I need a GSTIN?

Accepted Answer

No. Add it if you have one and it goes on your invoice so you can claim the input credit.

The jury judges clarity, growth, innovation and scalability: quality over popularity. The public vote is one input, not the decision.
